We need to create different Project Roles with different names (e.g. Client Manager, Partner) that have to be able to view/manage project, project budget and project forecast like a Project Manager, when they are assigned to a project in Manager Project Resources UI.

Eg. Project roles for XYZ project in Manage Project Resources UI

Client Manager: Paul Simon

Project Manager: Matt Smith

Both of them are associated to the Project Manager Enterprise role in Security Console.
