Hi All,

We have a requirement to send the personal information change workflow transaction completion notification to relevant coordinators such as Benefits and Payroll as FYI.

I have created the necessary roles and mapped them to the approval rule within the 'Change Personal Information' approval process. Additionally, I have revised the process-level notifications in the BPM Worklist so that when a task is marked as completed, the recipients should include both the ‘ASSIGNEES’ and the ‘OWNER’.

However, the FYI notification is triggered for the coordinator when the transaction is submitted, but not upon its completion.

Could you please let me know if there are different notification configurations to trigger notifications for the FYI population upon completion of workflow transactions?
