Disclaimer Pop Up when entering Public Shopping List

Summary:

Is there a way that a Disclaimer Pop Up can be added when a user selects a Public Shopping List to enter to procure items. I don't want to limit access to a Public SHopping List but do want the user to acknowledge their entry into this list.

my client will have a range of shopping lists and wants them to be available to all users but does want the user to diligently select the correct shopping list to enter and to pop up with a disclaimer pop up similar to the below.

'Have you accessed the correct shopping list ?'
