BIP reports usage

Summary:

Is that possible to run a BIP report that show all BIP reports that have been running in our POD?

We know we can see the scheduled reports in ESS table but we are looking for a Fusion database that would host all the BIP that are being running and who is running them.

For OTBI, we know there is a subject area that can provide the usage we are looking for - but only for analysis and dashboards.

Is there any thing we can build with SQL in BIP?
