How can aged inventory be migrated during cutover?

Summary:

For financial reporting we must define our aged inventory periodically. During cutover we have been told there are not any processes which will allow us to migrate the relevant aging. This means for the first reporting period post go live, we will be incorrectly reporting aged inventory as everything will have an aging point of the cutover date.
