What implications can there be in working with a BPA assigned to several business units?

Hello colleagues.

My client requires working with BPA that will be shared between several business units, I found the following note:

"PRC:PO Can Multiple BUs Refer To The Same BPA, That Is Global Blanket Purchase Agreement ? (Doc ID 2630086.1)"

which indicates that it is not feasible to do this.

Does anyone know what implications working shared purchasing agreements between several business units could have?
