Adding of the users in ARCS application through REST API

We are trying to automate the process of adding the users and assigning teams in ARCS application using REST API.

For that we need the information regarding the URL. Please guide us where we can get the information, we already raised an Oracle SR Severity 3

3-35531809651 : CCC - Need guidance regarding the automating process of adding the users in ARCS application REST API, but Oracle team suggested us to post our query in the Customer cloud connect.
