Errors to migrate things between TEST and PRODUCTION, when it already exist in target.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I'm trying to perform a migration from TEST to PRODUCTION, and I'm getting errors in Data Tables and File Manager, saying the folder already exists in target. But of course it already exists, I'm now sending new stuff to those folders. Why is it giving error?

I've tried migrating from production site, connecting to source, and also tried creating a package in source and importing into production. Either way I get same errors.
