Can we enable Historical Job Code on Employment Info RUI page?

Currently I can only find historical job code information on the Person Management page. I have a team that needs this information specific to employees (so a report won't suffice) who only have access to the RUI screens. During testing in Dev, when I enable Person Management access for them, the line manager of the team can see Individual Compensation for the whole company. Employees with the same access cannot.

An Oracle SR has confirmed that this is not expected behaviour but that classic UI is no longer supported.

I need to find a solution to provide historical job code information on RUI screens (or Redwood screens - though not sure the development has progressed that far yet).
