How to add multiple IF function in the Field Browser using Microsoft Word - BI Publisher?
In my RTF template, I'd like to put a message for employees who are not belong to a specific department:
However, in our case, some employees under 'ABC Expert' department still getting this message because they are also belong to other departments. Please see below example:
Scenario:
Employee 1: Belong under 'ABC Expert' and 'XYZ Expert' departments.
Employee 2: Belong only under 'ABC Expert' department.
Expected outcome:
Both employees should not receive the red message because they are both under 'ABC Expert' department.
Issue:
Employee 1 receives the red message because he is also under 'XYZ Expert' department. So, I'd like to add another function for my RTF Template to prevent employees with multiple departments from getting this red message.
