Cant SSH into instance after apt upgrade

I have ubuntu instance and I did apt upgrade, apt upgrade dist, then sudo reboot and after instance did get online, I couldn't connect to it.

In ssh terminal, i got "Connection Lost".

I read some reddits and they said I need to access OCI Cloud Console but I didn't set any password for it so I can't access it because it's asking me for password.

Please, help.
