Restrict seniority date rule lov based on the country tags

Hi ,

Can someone help me in restricting the LOV of seniority date rule based on the country tags ?. My requirement is to show the retroactive and pension seniority date rules for Denmark only whereas remaining should for all countries. Attached the screenshot for reference.
