Why is clicking the Learning link in the Person Spotlight Page resulting in an error?
Hi Experts!
I'm logged in as a Learning Manager in our system and trying to open a learner's transcript via his Spotlight Page. However, after clicking the Learning link, the page displays an error.
Tried logging in as the Line Manager of the employee and clicking the Learning link opens up his transcript, so I'm expecting that as a Learning Manager, I should be able to do the same.
Is this expected behavior? If yes, what can I do to make the transcript visible for the Learning Manager role?
Thank you, experts!
