Oracle standard Integration error while business trying to transfer huge number of transactions.

Summary: We are getting Oracle standard Integration error while business is trying to transfer huge number of transactions at a time, like Project to budget transfer at a time or many users are creating budget transfers at the same time. the below example errors are occurring and I have attached the error document FYR. Unfortunately we cannot replicate this error in any of the lower instance.

The business wants to know that is this is the issue occurring because of the integration that has been developed or any upgrade issues.

There were 25 Project Transfer Requests from 2Jan24 which are error out due to the following reasons. Please note that these issues may not be reproducible in lower environment but all of them occurred in Production.
