Smartlist is not showing while creating RTP in variable designer.

Summary:

I have created a smartlist V_Info. I need to create RTP in Variable designer but in that after selecting RTP type as numeric, smartlist which I've created is not showing, apart from that other smartlists are showing. But this issue is only in PROD. Test is working fine.
