EU National card storing

Summary:

Hi, we have a requirement to store mainly national card information such as status, start date and expiration date;

I know there is quite a few possibilities one could achieve it but what would be the most recommended way knowing that

• we do not have to store copy of the ID
• we would like the solution to be Mass upload HSDL able
• we would like to create Report/notification about approaching expiration
• main information we need is status, from and to dates and country

National Card is different than citizenship in our case as in Citizenship info we store citizenship information thus this option is not available to us for this.
