For Gen2 last year, we had to create a support request with Oracle for the following:

1) new DKIM selector (to help with the Key rotation),

2) CNAME record, CNAME record value

#2. would be to update our DNS records that Oracle includes in the SR.

Do we need to go through the above process before opting in on this optional feature SUPPORT DKIM ROTATION
