Can we make modification in Project Performance Dashboard to be applied at Instance level?

Product and Version: Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications -24A (11.13.24.01.0)

Hello Everyone,

We updated/modified the Project Performance Dashboard for a user, but we are finding Project Performance Dashboard showing the default format for other users.

we want those changes to be applied at the instance level.


Can we do the same? if so please provide with required steps to be followed.
