There is one candidate who was moved to HR processed state and then cancel work relationship

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue there is one candidate who was hired in one requistion and pending worker record was also created but then the recruiter cancel the work relationship and hired the candidate in another requisition but now we are unable to see that employee in pending worker as well as in person management.

Please help to resolve this issue.
