Unable to load the Learning Record data through HDL due to errors

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I am trying to load the learning record data via HDL, but I keep getting errors as below:

FYI, I've loaded some CourseV3 and OfferingV3 data.

Message details: JBO-retrieveLearningItemId()::Couldn't retrieve learning item details for LearningItemNumber = OFF_T20432learningItemId:null learningItemType:null liMaxEed:null

And from the error in the screenshot above, it mentioned "Couldn't retrieve learning item details for LearningItemNumber = OFF_T20432", However I am able to see the offering at the front end as in the screenshot below:


This is the HDL I used to load the learning record:
