Oracle Fusion: how to insert JavaScript snippets into the HTML source code

We are planning to test a third-party application to monitor our Oracle Fusion Applications instances. To set this up, the vendor is asking if it's possible to insert custom JavaScript snippets into the HTML source code for the front end of the Fusion Applications. Can someone help? Any input and references are welcome.
