Learning Assignment Recreated After Being Deleted Automatically Completes
Summary:
A learner was enrolled onto a course via a Learning Initiative which had renewals associated to it. They completed the course and were given a new assignment from the renewal options and a learning admin has then accidentally deleted the new active assignment. In an attempt to reinstate the assignment, the learning admin has taken the following steps:
My Client Groups > Learning > Courses > Search for course > Learners > Add Learners > Required Assignment > Entered Due Date as 30/08/24 > Selected Learner > Advanced Rules as below:
Upon submission of the above, the learner has been automatically completed on the date of 30/01/24 and the next renewal has been assigned on 30/01/24 with a due date of 29/01/25:
