Primary UOM class of the Item XYZ is not matching with UOM class of Pack UOM or Case UOM Printable

Summary:

A purchase order (PO) containing line XYZ was created in the procurement system with the unit of measure (UOM) set as COIL. This PO was then released to the warehouse management system (WMS). However, the UOM for item XYZ in the WMS is configured as UNITS, which is the primary UOM. As a result, the PO details failed to transfer and are now stuck in the WMS staging tables.

I attempted to change the primary UOM from UNITS to COIL, but the WMS displayed an error message stating that the primary UOM class for item XYZ does not match the UOM class for the pack UOM or case UOM.
