Extract DBI not returning value for Future Hire

I am using PER_EXT_SEC_ASSIGNMENT_NOW_FUTURE_UE to get future hire details. But some of the DBI like Person Address are not returning value .

I am using PER_EXT_SEC_ASSIGNMENT_NOW_FUTURE_UE to get future hire details. But some of the DBI like Person Address are not returning value . I believe it is because address or NID are created effective future date and no data is there as on extract run date . Thus could be reason but I am not sure about it .

If my understanding is correct how to get details which is created effective future date . One way is write Fast formula for each field and pass hire date in value set query to get these detail. But is there any other way to get it.
