How to load attachments on candidate application using REST API?

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to load attachment in oracle recruiting cloud at Job Application level using REST API.

/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/recruitingJobApplications/{JobApplicationId}/child/attachments

But everytime it is throwing 403 error. I have added all the roles but still it's not working though I am able to do the same thing in UI from same user.

Can someone tell me if it's even possible to create attachment at Job Application level using the above REST API? Because I can see it says "The attachments resource is used to view, create, and update attachments." but I don't see any POST service provided by oracle.
