Can I enable MFA using Google Authenticator natively without IDCS?

edited Feb 26, 2024 4:12PM in Applications Security 5 comments

Summary:

One of our prospects uses Google Authenticator for its MFA capabilities. They are interested in switching their operation to Oracle Fusion CX Sales Cloud, but they want to use Google Authenticator without investing in IDCS.

We have reviewed the Documentation for the Oracle Fusion Security Console and we haven't found a way to connect to Google Authenticator, but we want to be completely sure it is impossible before telling our prospect that they do need to invest in IDCS, as that may kill the deal.

Is there any way to do this?
