Eloqua HTML macro data function

Our team utilizes ads in our emails via html settings and we are interested in an Eloqua system function that could return the date value in MonthDay (MMDD) for the ad. They need these values to plug into the ad code so that the ad system can use that for ad targeting. Were interested in learning if Eloqua has such macro/function.
