SmartView Crashes or hangs indefinitely(EPBCS applications).

We are using MS Office 365 and SmartView version 22.200 and at times, the excel hangs indefinitely(mostly while refreshing the forms) and then, there is no option to close or let the excel to crash and reopen. Checked few past forum where it says, the issue may be with the third party software like Antivirus or OneDrive etc. which we do have but we cannot avoid using certain third party softwares.

and few had the issues on the

older SmartView version which should have been fixed by now(I assume).

Anyone having the SmartView

hanging issues while opening forms and found any work around?
