Unable to create Shipping Costs while creating the Shipment using REST API

Hi Team,


We are looking a REST API which creates Shipping Costs (Freight Costs) while creating the Shipment.


Currently, We tested below Payloads and both are working fine. Using them we are able to create Shipment and Shipping Costs separately but we need the REST API which creates both together.
