Using multiple values to Filter Contact records in a Program

We have a program (INTEGRACIÓN_FORUM_PRUEBA_ARIN) [Please view the Image 1], with a Listener which gets the data from a Lead scoring [Please view the Image 2]. The Lead scoirng use the field ‘Cohorte de Interés Forum’. This fields have a List Selection ‘INT_CohorteForum ‘ [Please view the Image 3] and te customer needs to filter the contacts which have a group of values from this List Selection, it’s say we need to achieve filter with multiple values.

We try adding multiple values separated by semicolon and by comma, with ‘exactly’, ‘contains’, and ‘matches wildcard’ options but did’nt work. [Please view the Image 4]
