Can we create intercompany loan transactions using intercompany module?

There is a business scenario, where Company A has given a loan to Company B, within the same group. Can this scenario be recorded in Oracle using Oracle Fusion Intercompany module?

The requirement is to create invoices in both companies (these invoices would come from intercompany module), and record the respective payment and payment/receipt.
