Historic amount override not calculating after loading value through rule

Summary:

Historic amount override is loaded in 'Jun'. With FCCS_20 rule we are populating '0' in 'Jul'. After consolidating 'Jul' is not translating correctly.

We are translating balance sheet and income statement accounts on YTD basis. We have entered YTD historic amount override in an account in 'Jun'. As per Oracle suggestion we need to load '0' in 'Jul' for calculation to reflect correctly. See below document.

We have enabled substitution variable inorder to calculate "FCCS_Amount Override"
