Can we hide or exclude smarlist value in forms

I want to exclude Smart list values in Form as we have Labor expense, Material expenses as standard expenses and that should be excluded in the Direct Expense Entry form Project planning module. Is there any way to exclude smartlist values? Also I need to import more than 30 smart list values and i want it to import through CSV. Any possible solution to this
