Which table to store the profile option display value in application UI

I would like to write a report to get all the profile option value which is modified by the user.

In table fnd_profile_option_values, we have profile option value. But this value is like a id. For example profile option INV_ACCOUNT_ISSUE_TXN, the value show in the table is 1. But application UI show online processing. How can I get this display value?
