FCCS cannot save data on data form or smartview

It was found that we cannot save data to FCCS via data form. What we tested:

1. Open Data Form “TestForm”

2. Enter 1,000 to “Gain on disposal of Spark” and Save.

3. FCCS shows that “The data has been saved”, but the cell becomes blank.

4. Checked the history that the data change (#missing -> 1,000) is recorded by FCCS.

5. Enter 500 to “Gain on disposal of Spark” again and Save.

6. FCCS shows that “The data has been saved”, but the cell becomes blank again.

7. Checked the history that the second data change (#missing -> 500) is also recorded by FCCS. Notice that the old value for the second data change is “#missing”. That means the first data change (#missing -> 1000) is actually not working.
