Multi language for free text flex fields (format only) needed

Summary:

When you create flexfields (extensible or descriptive) the label of the field is multilanguage. However when it's a free text field and the users are able to add text in this field, this field is also needed to be multi language.

Example :

we have our system set up in French, Dutch and English. On a lot of pages we added the flex field 'short description' which is a needed requirement for our client to be able to add a description in those 3 languages. However since the free text field of the flexfield is not multilanguage currently, it's not possible to store this information in all required languages in that field.
