Why doesn't the audit log capture positional inheritance property changes?

Summary:

Troubleshooting dimbuild failure from EDM to FCC today made us notice the audit log does not appear to be all inclusive of system changes from actions the team takes.

The action we took was moved a subset of base member accounts from one parent to another and didn't change anything else. Turns out the Account Type property was inherent and automatically changed from Liability to Expense with the move. That did not show up in the audit log as we would have thought. Is that a configuration setting we are missing with our Audit? I know that EPBCS and other applications we have available do show when something changes due to the system? Let me know if this isn't something we can configure and if it should be added
