24A UPGRADE - Performance problems REST API patch call

we have some serious problems following the system upgrade to Release 24A.

In particular, we need to use this API via patch method: logisticsRestApi/resources-int/v2/shipments/{shipmentGid}

This REST API call up to release 23C took a maximum of 1.5 seconds, now with 24A it takes at least three minutes - this creates a strong performance degradation that forced us not to use this REST API call with consequent impacts on the operational process and operational review by the company.
