High Level list of Seeded Roles

Does anyone have or know if there is a high level list of Oracle roles and what they can do?

I know that we can see the roles and priviledges in Security Reference but does anyone know if there is a simpler view of the roles and what that they can perform. What I am looking for is the basic functionality of each role that could be provided to a client and they can start to determine which roles to assign.
