Project Financial Plan Type - Fiscal Year Planning Period

Hi! My customer budgets for a project by fiscal years. Is there a way to set up the Financial Plan Type planning period to be a calendar type that is for the Fiscal Year?

I see in the Manage Financial Plan Types -> Plan Settings that I can change the Calendar Type, but I only see the Accounting Calendar or Project Accounting Calendar but no additional calendars are available.

Inquiring if there is a way to set the planning period to be a Fiscal Year calendar for my Project Budget, defaulting from Financial Plan Type.
