Restrict task selection based on service type & capitalizable flag while creating requisition

Summary: While entering the requisition with project (POET) details, we need to provide project and task details and at moment, we can select any task. Question here is, how we can restrict task selection based on service type & capitalizable flag using account rule & mapping set.
