How to assign multiple parent levels to a child level in user-defined hierarchy?

Summary:

In Oracle Cloud Demand Management module, we typical need to assign a child level to multiple parent levels in User Defined Hierarchy.

If I try to load data via FBDI, I get error duplicate record is not allowed.

Let's say I have customer which can be mapped to Two Channel: Online and Offline.

Parents: Online, Offline

Child: Customer_A
