How to change the value Set code

Dears,

We want to edit the value set code that assigned to a specific segment in our structure. 

For example,

If we have a Value set code: "Test/Value_Set " we want to edit its name to remove the slash to become " Test_Value_Set ".

Is there any way to do this without creating a new structure instance and new ledger?

NOTE: The structure is deployed, and all standard modules have been implemented.
