How to default SQL value at segment level for shipment line DFF

HI All,

I am trying to default the value at the segment level for WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS DFF at the shipment line level.

Example: In EBS we have SQL as below we are trying to convert the SQL to derive the value based on other valueset.

select :$FLEX$.VS1 * $FLEX$.VS2 from dual

Could you please share your inputs. We are trying to create in Fusion the below screenshot for reference.
