Cannot Submit Data via Smart View While Rules are Running

Summary:

Users have a requirement where they will submit data such as Adjustments via Smart View during the cycle. When a rule is running an error in Smart View states, "An error occurred while saving data" Have others encounter this error? We assume Essbase is locking users out. Is there a setting we can update to allow or would this be an enhancement request? Thank you in advanced.
