Is the Career and Development Tile supposed to be removed after enabling Redwood?

Summary:

Hello,

I completed the process of activating Redwood for Talent, which encompasses Profile Management, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Review, and Succession. However, upon inspection, I observed that the Career and Development tile was absent from the Career and Performance section. Can you confirm if this change is deliberate?

If the Career and Development tile has indeed been intentionally removed, would it be expected for employees to explore career opportunities through Oracle Grow?

Thank you!
