Error approving timecards

Approvers are receiving an error when approving (already approved) timecards

Error message:

Ruleset did not return any results. exception description. Reconfigure the conditions in the rule set ProjectTimeCardLineManagerRuleSet for the task ProjectTimeCardApproval so that approvers are found.

But checking the timecard of the person, it was already approved.

Why are approvers still receiving this notification? And how to remove them from the notification if the time card is already approved?
