Insight Analysis Field Name Filter

Can I use Insight Analysis Field Name Filter?

If you look at the image, the Field Name includes Company, Customer Type, and Email Address. This is Form submitted data and may differ from the values stored in Eloqua.

So, instead of using the contact field as a filter, I would like to specify it as a contact in the Form Field Name where the company is empty. I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to use the filter with the specific value of the field belonging to the field name.
