Lease: Difference in Payment Calculation for Property Lease and Equipment Lease

While creating an Equipment Lease, system is not calculating the payment amount like Property Lease. In case when a Lease starts on a mid-day of a month (other than 1st), system should calculate Stub amount partially for that month (same as Property Lease), but in Equipment Lease, system is not calculating Stub for the first payment and is creating full month payment for all period considering the start date as due date. Client wants Equipment Lease payment calculation same as Property lease, because currently Users have to manually amend the first payment and create a new payment for subsequent payments
