Select Supply Sources screen is blank while creating transfer order through Manage Item Quantities

While creating transfer order through Supply Chain Execution→Inventory Management→Manage Item Quantities→Request Transfer Order, after filling the required details when we click on Select Supply button, the screen is coming blank (no error just blank) and we are not able to select Supply Sources, despite all the roles/privileges and all the required setups.

Kindly help in case someone has faced similar issue and has been able to resolve it.
